The Raynes also offers an additional 24 ft. 9 in. x 10 ft. uncovered open balcony deck. The Raynes Garage J68 is the perfect garage building for your vehicle, storage, it is also perfect for a laundry area, workshop, guest room and hobby room. This is a highly versatile garage building floor plan for what ever needs you may have. The Raynes Garage J68 has excellent head room and includes Two 8 ft. x 6 ft. 4 1/2 in. wood doors for that old rustic look. The kit includes T and G 2 6/8 in. wall logs, 3/4 in. roof deck boards, garage doors, side door, and double glazed double window for lower level, double glazed single windows upstairs, half double glazed door and hardware included. Shingles not included.

Returns / Refunds
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if item is not in its original packaging as it appeared when it left the warehouse on delivery must take pictures, (all angels), must be accompanied by a signed letter detailing damage viewed also must be identified on the original B.O.L. refused delivery due to damage and the company must confirm damage was not the result of the customer. If there is no damage to packaging and the customer just refuses delivery and the package is returned to the warehouse and it is determined that there is no damage to the packaging and the item was returned to the warehouse in the same condition as it left the warehouse we would consider issuing a refund to the customer within 90 days of receipt of package minus shipping /delivery cost and minus a 25% restocking fee (all fees will be determined by the company.) Once package is unloaded / delivered to customer no refund or returns will be allowed or accepted. Furthermore we will not accept returns and will not offer a refund on any packaging that has been opened while in the customers possession due to the fact that this is a building kit and all components are needed for assembly. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS ON PREMIUM MODELS, ANY MODEL OVER 130 SQ FT., models that are manufactured to order.)

5 year manufacturer’s warranty on timber, doors & windows so long as proper treatment of material is preformed two wood seal treatments are recommended for warranty..
